Inspired by Jean Wells
This quilt was made in my Somerville apartment around Thanksgiving 2003. It hung in my office for a year when I worked in North Cambridge and was eventually bought by one of my favourite clients. It still lives in Cambridge, MA.

Silk Roses Wallhanging

Silk Roses Wallhanging
This is one of my favorite wallhangings. It's about 24 x 38 inches. The photo doesn't really do it justice as the color in the silks is so rich and vibrant. It's made completely from Burmese silk. Delicious!

Abstract Wallhanging

Abstract Wallhanging

Abstract Wallhanging 18 x 24

This was made from fabrics that jumped out at me from my stash one wet Sunday afternoon. I had alot of fun quilting it as it's easier to quilt something of this size than a larger piece. There is a lot of free motion quilting decorating this piece

Log Cabin Wallhanging

Log Cabin Wallhanging

Log Cabin Wallhanging 17 x 25

This wallhanging is inspired by the traditional 'Log Cabin' design but made with a twist inspired by the Australian quilter Jan Mullen. It's tied together with embroidery thread rather than being quilted. I love the bright fresh colors.
